Big Fat Fail with WMA

Needed to convert a WMA file to AAC. Tried the free version but it says that to do WMA conversion you need the paid version so like a sucker I paid for the full version.

When I try to convert the WMA I get a status of "Failed".

Theres $5 down the drain.
