Quick and Easy

Great app, does the job fast and easily. However, Id love to see a couple of things:
1) option to only accept usable filetypes (when I drag a file with artwork in it, jpegs show up and then are listed as failed conversion)
2) Ability to copy folder heirarchy to output directory instead of just a list
